Hope After Hurricane Lowell
Hurricane Lowell passed by Kaua'i and Ni'ihau in September 2026 as the most powerful storm to strike Hawai'i in 34 years. More than 90% of Kaua'i lost power, and residents and businesses across the islands were impacted by storm surge and flooding.
The Salvation Army Hawaiian & Pacific Islands Division Emergency Disaster Services is on the ground providing immediate relief, including food, essential supplies, and emotional and spiritual care to those affected. Our teams are working in close partnership with local government agencies and community organizations to meet urgent needs now and will walk alongside these communities as they move into long-term recovery.
A trusted partner in Hawai'i and the Pacific Region for more than 130 years, your support ensures hope and help are there when it's needed most. 100% of your donation goes directly to Hurricane Lowell disaster relief.
Thank you for your generosity—and for being a lifeline for people in your community.
